Consulting Services
Consulting services are available to assist with implementation of Compliance and Safety and Soundness Programs. These services include meeting with Management and Board members to complete the development of policies and procedures to prepare for examinations and to meet changing regulatory requirements and economic challenges. In addition to lending and operations issues, strategic goals and new product offerings are covered in planning sessions and documented for upcoming examinations.
