Pringle Publications Corporation and PRINGLE Consulting were founded by Laura N. Pringle and Lynn A. Pringle, also founders of the law firm Pringle & Pringle, A Professional Corporation. The Pringles maintain a longtime relationship with the financial industry nationwide and provide services and representation for a large clientele of financial institutions and their affiliates, as well as other businesses. In addition to the creation of the PRINGLE® Policy and Procedure Solutions, the Pringles’ extensive regulatory experience and ongoing daily interaction with board members and management places them in a position to handle risk management challenges and provide hands-on advice and guidance through consulting and legal services.
