The objective of the PRINGLE^® Programs is to provide value to each Bank including outstanding examination results. If assistance in implementation is needed, it is available and is provided with flexibility to meet the needs of bankers using the PRINGLE^® Programs. Not only continuous research and discussion with regulators but also input from bankers on an ongoing basis allows PRINGLE^® to be on top of regulatory issues and prepared to address the changing needs of bankers using the PRINGLE^® Programs. We particularly value the comments and questions raised by bankers and the ongoing dialog with bankers during our training and consulting. That dialog assists us in making certain that effective compliance and risk management programs are implemented and maintained for banks using the PRINGLE^®Programs.
